Depart from El Laguito beach from 9 a.m., with a prior booking. The restaurant is assigned according to availability, except for fixed venues such as Bongo and Nakawa. Meeting-point reference: Edificio Torre Centauro, Cafetería Charles, opposite the Hilton Hotel (Calle 1A / Av. Almirante Brión 3-202). Do not use Edificio Conquistador as the tour meeting point; vendors gather at its entrance. The office you can visit is located there, unit 1706.

It is our nearest, most affordable beach day, with flexible departures from 9 a.m. and no long journey to Barú or the Rosario Islands. Round-trip boat transport, a traditional lunch, chairs and tables are included. The visit ends around 3 p.m.; you return to the city by 4 p.m. Punta Arena and Playa Linda are different beaches: Playa Linda is about 20 minutes away, faces the open sea and includes a shaded cabana and sun lounger. Expect a local beach at Punta Arena; its water and sand differ from the postcard scenery of the Rosario Islands.

La zona donde te dejan es muy turística, pero caminando 10 o 15 minutos por la playa llegamos a un área muy calmada y nadamos sin caos.
