What's great

What to know

• This package costs more than the other Tierra Bomba day trips
• Areas are assigned on arrival; getting there early gives you more choice
• The kayak, paddle board and body board depend on the weather, sea and day availability
• Weekends and public holidays are busier, especially around the pool
• Boat trips outside the regular schedule cost an extra COP 45,000, subject to availability

Restrictions

• Boats depart between 8 a.m. and noon as they fill, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Palmarito is located in a remote area of Tierra Bomba, far from the most crowded beaches on the island; that's why the boarding is in Castillo Grande and not in El Laguito.
• The return to Cartagena begins at 2:30 p.m., also in order of arrival.
• Going out of those hours has a surcharge of COP 45,000 and depends on the availability of a boat.
• The location within the club is assigned according to the time of arrival and availability: no specific area is reserved.
• Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a hat and your ID.
• Bring cash or a card for drinks and other purchases not included in the package.
