What's great

• Sector more remote from Barú: because of its location they often have less people than the center of Playa Blanca, especially during the week
• The plan already includes transport, chair, shaded cabana and lunch, so you reduce the purchases you need to coordinate on your own
• Organized day plan, without having to negotiate transport, food and services on your own

What to know

• It is a local beach with service, not an empty private club: there are other visitors, sellers and boats near the shore
• On weekends and holidays there are more people, music and movement; the sea and the environment change according to the day
• The extras are paid separately; always confirm the price before consuming or renting something

Restrictions

• Bring cash in small notes: the compulsory insurance of entry to the protected area of Corales in Barú (COP 8,800 per person) and the consumption on the beach are paid upon arrival.
• Payment by card has a surcharge of 15%; for purchases it is appropriate to use cash or direct transfer.
• Bring sunscreen, a hat and a towel, and prepare for an early start: pickup is in the morning.
• Agree on prices before ordering or renting any extra service from vendors.
